Tahquamenon Winter Falls

Tahquamenon Falls, Upper Peninsula, Michigan. There is no denying that this is a beautiful place in the summer and also in the fall when colors are at peak. But, for me, I love winter and Tahquamenon Falls is at its best in winter - especially following a snowfall. The park is quiet, the air is crisp and filled with the clear sound of the rushing waterfall, and more often than not, I have the place to myself to reflect and enjoy.
